DISCOVERING DAVAO-Day 3:Davao Crocodile Park

 Day 3 (March 17,2016)

Our second day in Davao was jam packed so we woke up really late the next day. We went to Abreeza mall to eat lunch then went to Davao Crocodile Park. Another 'must visit' when in Davao. The park showcases a ‘state of the art’ crocodile farming system and other wild animals. It aims to educate people about the natural world of the crocodiles (and other wild animals inside the park) and their connections with nature. They also want to inspire people to respect and appreciate nature.

It is located at Riverfront, Corporate City, Diversion Highway Ma-a, Davao City, just 30 minutes away from the downtown and fare is just about 130-150 by cab. Entrance fee is 250.00 for adult (Friday, Saturday and Sunday, P300.00 starting 3pm) and 150.00 for kids (Friday, Saturday and Sunday, P175.00 starting 3pm). Ticket includes entry to the following:

1. Tour at Butterfly House
2. Tour at Tribu K’Mindanawan
3. Tour at Crocodile Park
4. Tour at The Wild Museum
5. Tour at the Koi Garden

Unfortunately Michael and I weren't able to visit the Butterfly house because it closes at 5pm, we had fun taking pictures and touring the crocodile park so we forgot about it. The good thing is, according to the Kuya whom we asked, the ticket is good for a week from the date you purchased it-so you can still go back if you want to. Michael and I planned to go back the next day so we can also watch the show at Tribu K’Mindanawan but sadly we didn't have enough time. Nevertheless, we really had fun, here are some of the photos we took for you guys!

We only stayed there for a couple of hours, dared Michael to try crocodile icecream but he didn't want to, haha! He was thinking it is realy made of crocodile but actually it's not--they only use crocs eggs instead of chicken lols! After Crocodile park, it was Michael's tekken time. He went to Option Select to play with his Davaoeno friends and I did UKAY hopping to amuse myself while waiting for him. Went home and rested after for the next day will be another  jam packed day! Hope you enjoyed the photos. Day 4 coming up soon! See yah!
