We'd been planning to eat out somewhere for a couple of months now and finally, after several times of planning and backing out~ it happened last Friday night~yey! We wanted to try something new so we decided to try authentic Korean cuisine. Prior to that, we'd been searching different Korean restaurants online. After reading several blogs and reviews we all agreed to try Ye Dang. They said it's one of the best places that offer delicious Korean dishes with reasonable price~so why not try?! I was excited but having second thought at the same time. I'd been teaching Koreans for almost six years now but this was the first time I'd been to a decent Korean restaurant and dine the Korean way. Though I'm a self- proclaimed Kdrama addict and I love Lee Min Ho to bits~ I must admit I wasn't really a fan of Korean food. I only eat bibimbap so I was a bit skeptical if my tummy gonna love the food~but to my surprise it exceeded my expectations! I enjoyed the food so much that I really wanna go back for more. Yay! Ok, enough of me~I'll just let the photos do the talking!
I was with my girls~Vicky and May. We went there right after work and since Yedang opens until 10:30 we're really in a hurry.
The place was good, you can really feel the 'Korean-ish' atmosphere~though we weren't able to take decent photos of the whole place because we were really hungry, we could eat a horse!
We just grabbed the menu and ordered right away. We ordered Grill Beef meat, Roast Pork belly, Seafood and Beef Pancake and Beef short ribs soup.
Grilling was amazing! I really enjoyed watching 'Ate' doing her thing. And the smell, oh that was so heavenly!
The food are ready and so are we!
Aren't we that hungry?! I was really excited to try everything that we ordered except for that mint leaf! It taste like grass, I think lols! I'm a goat~I love veggies but there's always an exception I must say.
The whole Ye Dang experience was awesome. We really do love the food and the price. Everything was great. We'll definitely coming back again and again and again! So what are you waiting for? If you love Korean food this is really a place for you.
