Met Gala 2017: Best Dressed

The highly-anticipated Met Gala has begun. Yes, it's that time of the year again and I am so excited to show you guys my faves from this year's red carpet. I haven't done this for quite some time now, oh gosh! how I've missed doing my red carpet best dressed post. So here you go, let's start this with a bang. This isn't just an ordinary red carpet, we're talking about MET Gala here people, MET Gala is glamorous fundraiser for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute which is held annually on the first Monday of May--at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, colloquially "the Met" (the largest art museum in the United States, and is among the most visited art museums in the world), located in New York City. It's a fashion festival where famous faces from fashion, film and music gathered on the red carpet dressed according to a specific theme (which this year was Japanese designer Rei Kawakubo, founder of fashion label Comme des Garçons, Art of the In-Betweento pay tribute to the Costume Institute and their new exhibition. And since this year's theme is all about Rei Kawakkubo who is well known for her monochromatic, voluminous and asymmetrical designs, expect for extraordinary and fabulous looks. I really can't wait to show you guys my favorite looks (in no particular order) on fashion's biggest night. Here you go!

It's so inspiring how fashion can bring cultures together. Arggh, I just wish I could attend the gala in the future or better yet have my designs worn by some of the world's most famous. There's nothing wrong in dreaming, after all, a girl can dream--can't she? *keeping my fingers crossed*

MET Gala 2013 Red Carpet

Long time no post, I know! I'm sorry guys, my bad. I'm just quite busy these past few days that I totally forgot to update all of you if what I have been up to~but don't worry I'm gonna try my best to spare some time for my so neglected blog.  Miranda Kerr: Hot momma! The dress, the red lips and the dimple. You are such an angel~seriously may I know your secret?! lols


 Kristen Stewart: Ohmygee K Stew! Why you so fierce?! I so love your jumpsuit, it fits you well and the those eyes~to die for!


  Anne Hathaway: I'm done with the movie and currently reading the book (One day) but I just can't get enough with EM and Dex~just saying, lols. Anyhoo, I super like your dress and your blondness for I am now a blonde too. Haha.


Jennifer Lawrenc: JLaw is on the top of my list simply because she's my girl crush forever and she never fails to rock the red carpet~regardless of what the theme is. You're so damn gorgeous Katniss Everdeen!

They all rock~aren't they? It's so amazing how were they able to pull off this kind of theme, punk yet classy and sophisticated at the same time. I just love them (each  of them) and their unique styles to bits.  How about you guys~who are your favorites?
